Another good day in the books for me. Thanks guys! And thank you, Wendell. First time I've come home without my ears ringing:D

It was good to see you and your daughter again Mitch! Getting ready for day 2-Temp is about 25 degrees with strong East winds. Could be some interesting weather today................

That Homie 17 was bought new by my family to use at the hunting camp back in the mid fifties. I bought it at my Dad's auction back in 1993 and it sat in the shed until a couple weeks ago. Pele 55 tuned it up and she runs great! Sure gives a guy a reality check. Especially JAKE!:msp_thumbup:

That's funny, according to the radar we should have gotten some snow. Not a single flake on the flatbed trailer that has been sitting out all night.
And it looks like all the precip is past us for now.
Can't believe them weathermen(or women)!

All 3 of us had a great time yesterday. Dominik seemed to have a blast-he cut a lot of wood up yesterday :chainsawguy:, Steve and I just stayed out of his way and let'em have at it. And thanks to Heavy Fuel for letting him spend some time with his 5105.

Hopefully the skid steer can get to all our bucked timber, we tried to keep it as accessible as possible and minimize any damage to WGP's property at the same time. Many peices were to heavy to stack but we tried our best to keep an access path to all of it.

Thanks again to all that brought food, their equipment, and Denny/Interfaith for all they do!

We got to some of it today. There is still a lot of wood laying out there. We moved to 2 other Bucking areas and that helped so the skidsteer didn't have to travel so far. I ate to much as usual. Thanks to all who made food for us! We had a couple of close call but everyone came out of the woods with all their body parts!
Thanks to all that helped !:rock:

We had a good time at the charity cut this weekend. Got lots of wood cut, glad we brought the Jeep with- weren't sure we were going to but it sure came in handy. Got to give the hook from Metals406 a good workout. Had a chain snap while tugging on this tree- hook survived no problems. Look forward to cutting with these fine folks again. Here's a video of the Jeepskidder in action...
