Nice, but do they come with a straighter gaff. I don't care for that what i call eagle claw gaff.
 
not as far as i know....im struggling with the angle a bit myself, but all the people ive spoken to who use geckos say once you get use to them they're better.

they are starting to feel better......they are very comfortable to stand in, dontdig in anywhere at all. the whole weight thing isnt really much of an issue as i never really struggled with the weight of my old steel ones, although they'd probably feel heavy now. yesterday i was climbing an acacia tree and they were very good, specially with the longer gaff in the flakey bark. i still feel a bit wobbly on them when balancing on small stems. all in all though im feeling pretty positive about them.
