O.K. everyone, I need help again. When it comes to sooil deficiencies, I have no problems; insect issues and my brain is just not so receptive.
A customer has showed me a small black cherry tree, with about 50% of the leaves partially covered with what appears to be a stem-type protrusion roughly 1/4 inch high on the top side of the leaf. Yes, there is a small hole on the under side. Some of the leaves are very full, and mostly curled up then.
I've got the nice book, "Diseases of trees and shrubs"; what I need now is the insect guide.
This gentleman isn't real concerned, but would like to know what it is (and so would I!)
Thank you. One of these days I'll have my lovely assistant (and wife to boot!) show me how to put a picture with my posting.
