Pardon the n00b question, but I want to change the sprocket and chain on my 154SE, but I don't have a clue about how to get the clutch drum off to access the sprocket. Can someone please give me some guidance on this? I did a search, but I couldn't really find any specifics.

Nice site...I've been lurking for a couple of weeks. Lots of good info to be had...

You have to unscrew the clutch(L.H.Thread 15 mm nut).Best way is to use a rope by the spark plug hole to block the piston.Be sure before inserting your cord that the piston is covering the exhaust port. You can use a small screwdriver to check if the exh. is blocked.

I use a air impact wrench and it spins right off. The wrench has to be set to turn clockwise.

When you put it back on just snug it up with a wrench and it will get tight while running.
