Confessions: I spiked a trim today

Like some of the army field manuals. Bryan, the guy who does the Sherrill artwork, is looking for extra work. Maybe we should lobby Tobe to start making pamphlets?
 
Don't get me wrong, I've done my share of removasl without spikes too! If there are lots of branches I prefer spikeless. I don't like how the metal under my arch gets in the way if I just want to do a little toe wedge, or there is a perfectly good fork to stick your foot in...also how you have to stick the spike in to branchwalk because the metal makes you slip otherwise...

But SOME days...on those noxious weeds that are WAY overgrown...well that's what this thread was all about:chainsaw::givebeer:

Bermie! you still going on about that spiked climb. I've moved on to waiting for the, "I put that noxious tree out of it's miserable misery thread".:greenchainsaw:
