Hey, I wish her the best. It does look like a job getting it down with all the wires, chainlink, and houses.
If you think there are some bad tree crews out there take a ride down to Essington.

For even more fun, it looks like there are power lines all over the place and the fence she is worried about is only a foot or so away from the tree. Yeah, boy! I just would jump at the chance to grab this free wood. Yeehaw!

a bucket of carpenter ants should have her down in a week

im on my way:) you aint gonna beat that price

There is a reason it's on Craig's list

She didn't put it on Ebay, because it would have cost her some money. Not much, but then the listing is over, and you have to pay up again.

Craig's list is where people try to sell things that nobody wants.

That's not true at all, I just bought a like-new MS 200T with case for $450 on craigslist yesterday, and I also bought my near-perfect 046 and a very good Husky 350 through craigslist :)

I agree there is some good stuff on craig list I have bought a truck , A set of spurs and I have sold chainsaw on there . If like looking through classifieds I think it is going to be your only choice in the near future .

"I have a very large tree that I just do not want any more perfectly healthy. You come cut it down and remove the whole thing and you will have you a lot of wood. For wood burning stoves, fire places, fire pits, Carving, etc... It is in a back yard away from house accesable W/ bucket truck, ladders how ever you want to take it down as long as you do not destroy the fences on either side."

you can hardly see the tree thru the obstacles lol....
call James....

They keep running an ad like that around here: Free firewood, just cut down this giant cottonwood tree.

Oh that's not so bad. That's is standing timber and there is a good chance someone might be willing. Not a crime against tree guys. Not like they want you to clean it up and pay them. Think one of those pulp wooders would bite?
I mill that stuff up all the time. I want to start making split rails for all the farmers who keep me busy on the day rate thing.

LMAO Good for furniture? WTF? Not only do they want you to remove the tree they expect 12K for it!!!!!!! Back to the 1st FREE TREE you haul. What would be interesting is if someone did decide to collect all this free wood and be willing to clean up all the mess for it. Then got hurt in process and sued the crap out of them.
