The license plates arrived for the new Ford Tomato. The front license plate holder seems very flimsy. No wonder I find those dispersed in the woods. It is a plastic plate, hooked to the bumper by a plastic strap with one of those plastic pop screw things holding it. I couldn't find the Gorilla Tape so I reinforced it with black duck tape.
My next job was to place an important message on the back bumper.
I had already rigged it for slick roads, which aren't a problem right now. According to my unofficial 5 gallon bucket placed on a level surface, we've gotten 2.5 inches of rain since 4PM yesterday.
Here's what the trailer hitch says. I'll have to figure out what this beastie can pull. There are 3 pages of confusing tow ratings in the owner's manual. Yes, I have read it.
You don't need glasses, the shop is on the dark side and it was hard to focus.
