So I went to the stihl dealership today to pick up my new MS 192T and noticed that they had a telescoping pole saw for $129.00 CAD. I thought that sure looks alot like the ARS telescoping pole saw that I was looking at in Sherrill, so I ran out and looked at the new catalogue that came in the mail today to compare. Sure enough its the exact same saw and it was priced at $238.00 USD in the catalogue. So I grabbed it before they figured out how low their price was. It made my day (well that and the new 192 except I haven't had a chance to use them yet.

I've been using the Ms 192T for over a month now, so far it's been holding up pretty well.

The must have left the price tag on one of those replacable plastic pieces and thought that was the price for the whole saw. 129 is more in line with what it's worth.

Yep, used it today and I agree. If I break it I won't be replacing it.
I'll stick with the tried and true marvin or jameson poles. Anybody know what other blades will fit it, I might like it with a different set up and it could also come in handy with the pruner head adapter

Oh buddy, thats no deal!

Last week I stopped in at a local pawn shop investigating a 'belt just like yours' report when I came across some 'used' saftey blue hi-vis. It was very much used and possibly had been cut as it only measured 55 feet. The price you might ask? Bargain Basment priced at $110.00!

Thats right, $2 per foot! I told the guy id bring him 120' for only $85.

If anyone wants it, send me the $ and Ill go get if for you.
