When adding a DP muffler or making one yourself on a 440, 460, 660 etc etc......do you remove the baffle on the interior of the muffler casing? It redirects the air flow upwards near the muffler port.

So do you or dont you?

when i muff. modded my 066 i got rid of it

I tried my 066 both ways, Didn't notice any real difference, but...

Take it out and recycle it. A hint on taking them out a body saw and a spot weld cutter are your freinds here. Use the body saw to cut the part that is held to the top of the muffler and the spot weld cutter to cut the ones that hold the baffles to the back and bottom of the muffler.
