Does husky make dolmar saws?

The more I look at the pictures of the huskys and dolmars in baily's and on dolmars web site I see several similarities in them. Does dolmar just have husky make the 9010 for them and the rest is in my head? I find no answers with the search. If there is a topic about this then call me stupid.

To start with:

395 outboard clutch.

9010 inboard clutch.

Oddly enough I can only find pictures of the clutch side of the 9010 and the starter side of the 395. Odd.

I duno. I suppose they are different. Plastic can be easily modified though.
