Hi, I purchased a Dolmar 5100 a few months back and love it.

I'd like to get some extra chains for it, but am confused as to what size to get. I thought it had a 3/8" 20' bar. However when I double checked, bar has 411 910 660 inscribed on it, which shows as a 21' bar in the Dolmar documentation. Most sources that I've seen don't show 21" chains.

Is this an "oddball" size that will be hard to get? Also, I was thinking about getting a 16" or 18" bar and chain combo for this as well. Any recommendations for lighter bars for limbing? My current bar is the standard Dolmar bar that came with it.

Thanks

It's a .050 Gauge 3/8 Chain (Oregon 72xx 72 Driver)

Thanks Steve.

Maybe this is similar to Stihl calling a bar a 25" when it really uses the same chain loop as a 24".

Any bar recommendations in the 16-18" range?

Thanks
