Who knows, Matt. I'm sure you'll be able to bring an entirely different perspective with what you would know about both trees, landscaping, and lawns. In too many cases, people only care about their aspect of a yard without considering its effects on the trees, landscaping, and lawn. In effect, you would be a "renaissance" man like Newfie aptly stated.

About the lawns, it's kind of hard to take two years of classes about homeowners lawns before you start to run out of material. Golf courses, on the other hand, have long been studied, are better sources of research, and have good records of their care (in many cases). I think you should follow through with it to bring closure because you'll probably be wishing you had later on.

Tshane, how did you like your school? Do you have a Student Society of Arboriculture there? It would be awesome to go up to Manitoba to see your school...hmmm....Road Trip!
