i am looking at a 640 acre parcel that has a tremendous amount of downed aspen, as well as a fair amount of standing dead. i am wondering if anyone has a per acre formula, or some other type of flat rate billing. i can always do by the hour, but i like to be able to make better money when i am really getting things done.
