drilling oiler holes bigger

I bought a saw that had a bar with extra holes like that...
I didnt have a clue as to why until now, Thnx!
Only 2 I've had to open up were Forester Platinum bars.
They work excellent now!

older stihl bar oil ports were 5mm, the new versions are 3mm. I open them to 5mm, it greatly increases oil to the end of the bar. When possible like enough oil output the wood chips/dust do not cake onto the saw or sprocket cover. First it keeps things cleaner and second the bar/chain stay far cooler to the point you can touch it right after shutdown or put the bar on your shoulder and walk out.
