Early 034 stihl muffler

I just picked up a early model 034 stihl. Seems to run ok, needs some work though.
Im thinking it’s a early model since there’s only 2 screws at the bottom cover on muffler, where looks like all the modern ones have 4 screws. The actual shape of cover looks alike though.. which brings me to my question. Could I buy a complete new style 034 muffler and install on the older saw? Wandering if it would fit, and any kind of mods required?

If you mean can you install an 036 muffler on an 034 cylinder the answer is yes but you have got to buy the spacer to make it work properly.

2nd to the spacer. I have a 034 super that I did this to.

I'm in this same situation requiring spacer flange but am unable to find it anywhere online in Australia. I can find it in the US but shipping costs are crazy to justify.

Any help hunting one down in Oz?
