i have a brand new echo cs4400 with an 18" bar for trade for a larger stihl or husky.

Don't you have any local shops that wheel and deal a little used stuff?

The 4400 Echo is a good saw. If I took a good one of those on trade, I'd allow about $125 or $150, and get $150 or $175 for it within a week. Echos in good shape are very resellable.

However, I realize that many of the bigger shops don't trade, liability fear I think. Liability don't scare me, they sue this old squirrel, they will have to find where the nuts are buried. I own a little but don't really own nuttin, if you know what I mean.

no shops trade here i won the echo in a give away. havent even started it. theyre not junk? as good as a stihl?

i just had a fella accuse me of sellin stolen saws. some people have alot of nerve. but i feel inclined to explain myself. the echo i have was a door prize given away at the saratoga county fair in upstate ny by emerick sales and service. i currently have 3 026 stihl saws but only 2 are for trade because the third needs a oil pump(ill be ????ed if ill pay $60 for a pump) i also have 2 024 avs wood boss saws but they need a few things each. the stihls where part of an auction at a vocational school that closed down. (save the one 026 that i bought new and still have the recipt) but i dont have a larger saw that i need save the 621 johnsy thats running on a prayer so i need a larger saw. if any ones interested great just please dont think theyre stolen because theyre not.
