Echo Identification

My neighbor just stopped me and asked if I wanted an old echo I said sure. Told me he can't get it to run anymore. I am pretty sure it just needs a carb rebuild. Only problem is I don't know what model it is. I could use some help Identifying it. All the Identifying stickers are all worn off. He said he used it a lot over the years but could remember the model. Any help would greatly be appreciated. I am thinking it is a 346 but don't know enough about echos. It does say it is a 33.4 cc.

Is that an early model? It does have a front tensioner which the 346 has a side tensioner. CS-3450 I am going to have to look that one up. I dunno that is a good lead. Any other information would be great guys.

Another possibility is my CS-346:

But, your muffler isn't black and mine has a side tensioner. So, mine is probably younger and it has a model identifier sticker near the purge pump.

I got this one Captain ! Acres internet . com Loads of information on chainsaws and such. I had to check it out for myself.Hope this helps.

CS 305 and 3450 both look the same. the CC rating on the emissions sticker should say either 33.4 or 30.1 cc.
CS 305 = 30.1
CS 3450 = 33.4
