Echo8000 for sale

I am going to part with my 8000 to make room for something else.this is the deal ,1 Echo 8000 with following stuff; 2 20'' bars in good shape,1 28'' bar in almost new [3 cuts] shape.three 20''chains in like new shape.1 28''chain like new also.Saw has almost all hex head fasteners replaced with stainless fasteners.Also included is a powerhead only for parts,which has a bad ring,but has many other good parts.Saw has slight muffler mods ,and looks very good.Im looking to get 475 for everything ,less shipping ,because it will be somewhat heavy with all included.This would be a good saw for someone to upgrade to a larger saw at a good cost,along with all accessories for added versatility.Echo saws are durable units ,and a lot of bang for the buck.

I believe the spikes are on upside down. you might wanna fix that if you want to cut effeciently with it.

Spikes work quite well ,as I found out on a 28''red oak.

the spikes are indeed bottom side up, long spike goes down as verified on my old model orange CS-8000 and echo IPL. it is worth the time and money to switch them around. saw will dog in MUCH more secure.

Don't feel bad about the upside down spikes, i put another muffler on my Echo CS-60s and put it upside down. Didn't notice it until i bought a brand new one. And i went to the Echo service school. Oh well...Bob

Hey Keith,
Here is pics of the 028. In the pics it still had the stihl bar on it. Now it has the arbor pro with narrow kerf chain on it.
