I have a Cub Cadet CS5220, rebranded efco 152. It starts and idles high and dies after 5 seconds. What are the carburtor settings? And how do I remove the carburtor? Any tips? As I got everything unhooked except for the throttle linkage which I can’t figure out how to undo on this design as well as the bottom back most fuel line, both of which hold the carburetor in place despite all else being removed. I want to clean the carb to try to get it running.

I don't have a 152 here that I can look at, but when I get back to work Monday I can take a peak. If you squeeze the throttle, there might be a torx head bolt that holds the linkage to the trigger, once that's removed you might be able to remove it from the carb. I know I've had a few apart before but it's been a minute.

As far as that fuel line, you may find that easier to disconnect once the carb is loose. I'm not sure what the stock settings are, does it have the limiting caps on it?
