Well, if it's not pretty obvious, the form at least, I'm not sure I'm the one to explain it. It's an incomplete, pendant ,the finish is not to my liking and I have to find a good seed pearl still.
If you're asking about the specifics of material instead, it's a nectria canker scar on sassafras. It's naturally shaped,other than finding and cleaning them up, it's a bit of sanding maybe a little Dremel work to size it and throw a finish on. That one is two of them nested and glued.
