I went to a neighboring city to give a bid, 2 decent pines and a smaller one.

Aint much to them, coupla of small harwoods under them, but not much trouble at all.

I had a blast today, skiied for the second time in three days. I did my most serious photo shoot since I semi-retired from ski photography 3-4 years ago.
Brad dropped a 35 foot cliff that he does often, a couple 20's, skiied a sweet steep edge right under the chair lift. Then we scoped a more intense 50 footer that had to be landed just so, as there were rocks on either side of the lz. I helped him line up the angle of entry and off he went, over the heavily icicled cliff, and landed in four feet of soft snow. Schweet.

We saved the 55-60 degree ramp for another day.

Film, not digital, so we'll have to wait and hope for the best.

Hot tubbed afterwards with 9 friends who had been touring in the back country, climbing, then skiing a fabulous couloir that I've yet to get to.

Here's a shot of yours truly from last Sunday in lousy weather. Little air for the old guy!

Jeez, Roger...and people call us crazy for doing a little nice, easy tree climbing. You'll give the civilians even more reasons to doubt our sanity. Great shot! Beautiful!
