Biggest I know of is the S850 and T870 by Bobcat and they are about 95hp and weigh about 10,000lbs.

I guess I forgot about Mustang/Gehl but their biggest is still only 11,000lbs, just a bit bigger than the Bobcat.

When I worked construction in college the shop had a Gehl with dual wheels on every end. That thing would lift a lot but we got it stuck continuously in the softer gravel on the edges of the lot.

I know an older guy who owned a surplus WW2 tank. He said it was the best hunting vehicle imaginable because it was absolutely unstoppable. He finally sold it in the 70's when parts became difficult to find.
