Filter differences?

I own a Dolmar PS6800i ,What is the difference if any of a ROBKOFLOCKED filter and a Nylon one? I bought both types of filter and the nylon one LOOKS like it should flow more than the other.Any ideas or theories?

The nylon mesh filter will flow more air and is easier to clean but the flocked filter will do a better job at stopping the really fine dust. Many companies advertise the mesh filters for "winter use" because they wont freeze up as easily.
