All the beast needs is bigger fuel and oil tanks
I usually stop cutting the blocks before that. After about 10 cuts, I will cut through and roll it with the peavy.
That also keeps my camera man from fishing firewood out of the pond.

Bow saws are the way to go for wood on the ground-David--I like all old saws

The 046 is pretty much a both hands saw even with the bow bar.
True Southern Style would be a Poulan 4000 or a XL12 with a 16" bow in one hand, chugging through the log, and a Miller Lite in the other
Yeah—I agree. I wouldn’t mind having one for my 4000 or 245a, either. ;-)
