Sorry no pictures as I am not equipped. I'll do my best to accurately describe this 041AV ser.#7673409. I bought this saw off the original owner an occaisonal woodcutter. He was having problems keeping the muffler tight. One of the screw holes had bad threads so I bored a hole under the screw hole so I could get a locknut under it to screw into. This fix lasted a couple months and many hours of use until the part of the cylinder broke off with the muffler where I put the nut, so the cylinder is no longer usable. This saw run and functioned A+ until I parked it when this happened. The saw looks good overall for its age. There is some paint missing on the muffler cover,the decals are faded, and it has some scratches. I am not aware of any cracks. The paint and plastics have decent color. On 1 to 10 scale I would give the powerhead a 7 for appearance. I am including with the power head a cylinder and piston off an 041 I have for parts. It shows some wear in the cylinder but looks usable to me with some cleanup. I coluld get a .0025 feeler gauge inbetween this cylinder wall and piston but it was very tight. I believe the piston in the saw is probably better but will not guarantee it. I am including the new set of rings I bought for it. You will need a cylinder base gasket,possibly a screw or 2 got lost and another gasket here or there is possible.You will have to be the final judge on the piston and cylinder which I believe will be ok probably with the piston in the saw. The nut that holds the on off switch is missing. This is an as is deal. $100 for the powerhead with parts described. For an additional $25 I will include a decent used 20" bar and chain. I have several other used 041 parts I would sell also. Ask if you have any more questions.
