found plastics needed but different part numbers? help pls

i broke my handle on my ms290 i have found 2 of them on ebay from the same seller and they both ~look~ the same but are listed as 2 different part numbers.
STIHL 11237911007 PLASTIC CASE # 2077
STIHL MS 290 11277911000 PLASTIC CASE # 2078
how do i know wich one i need? i dont have a parts manual for my saw.
FWIW it is a ms 290 farm boss.

help me decide and i'll bea wood cuttin by next week

The 1123 is an 021 023 or 025... Nothing to do with an 029 or 290.

Exactly which part(s) do you need? Do you have a picture of what is broken?

all i need is the handle, and the black peice that runs along it.

the part number on the bottom of my saw says
1127 791 1002 A
1127 791 1003 A

different numbers than posted earlier but would they work?

The current replacement part number for the handle assy is 1127 790 1001 - list about $63

The black handle is 1127 791 0600 - $5.45.

The -1002 and -1008 will both fit.

Be careful with numbers lifted from the plastic itself... They are often not order numbers.

Pretty much any model 029 or MS290 plastic will fit.
