I have a NOS Mak 5001/Dolmar 5105 and I've decided I want to get it ported. I mostly lurk here but not too regularly. I know some of the big guys MMWS and seemingly MMWS. Guess they seem too big for my britches in wait time, shipping and potentially pricing. I know tree monkey is just down the road from me. Any body else semi local to Duluth MN that's a reliable person doing port-work whose pricing, shipping and turnaround are reasonable? Should I just reach out to TM? I know a lot of em mostly hang out at the other site but I don't feel the need to go over there to get some input from folks. Also anybody who sees this who knows what they are doing and want to port this saw please reach out on this thread or by pm. I like to spend local and don't need the biggest, most well known name slapped on the side of my saw. Thanks
.
