was looking on ebay earlier at saws, and found this one, this is a local dealer near me that is selling this saw, i personally seen it the other day when i was there, it has a new stihl P&C, and new carb, motor mounts felt pretty solid. does look like it has spent some time in the back of a pickup(scuff marks form sliding around) should make someone a good saw.

and if i would have read this first, i wouldn't have had to send him an email asking what P&C was put in it... just to add to it, it was installed by "a stihl gold tech".

He doesn't have a buy it now either(I asked), I got my eyes on it:Eye: :Eye:

because, generally speaking, a BIN results in a lower price. Esp. for "hot selling" items.

I have my eye on this saw too but I won't go above low-400s so there's my hole card for you.... ;)

Why did you ask him about a BIN price when one wasn't offered? I have got messages from people about auctions I have had up and they wanted to know a BIN price when one was not offered. It pissed me off when people would do that... so I'm not sure what you angle was...

BIN cost more(not much though). If you are in a hurry to sell, why wait 7 or 10 days? I don't use BIN either but will give one if asked...

It does... but maybe someone wants to wait 7-10 days... If you don't offer it in the original auction, then why give one to someone that sends you a message? Then do you sell the item to the person that asked you about a BIN? Almost sounds dishonest to me... not tryin' to nit-pik... just seein' why you would do that.
