Man you don't want to go there. I sure as hell don't. This B was just hideous. Sores on the face, and wearing guys clothes. Just NASTY!!

I see. Yeah, that would out rule the trade deal. BTW does pourquoi mean why or because in French? My French is a little rusty.

Back yard under limb that was taken off, picture taken where the limb had came over into neighbours yard, picture of neighbours yard where the limb came over the lilac and slightly into the locust on the left.

That was before you told us what she looked like.

Ya it's funny how we immediately get a mental picture of what things look like. You were probably imagining her been real hot and wearing tight clothes. That would of have been great but in my case NO GO ON THE SHOW!! BRO..

The last of them. The bald spot in the lawn is where the picnic table was. It was still flipped over from the winds.

I am looking for missed work for the day...

Sorry, but that won't fly...ever. Not sure if you're looking for lost work the day of the incident or due to missing work having to go to court, but the latter never ever works. The work day; don't see how that will work either.

Once the court sees the case, if you do get your decision, good luck getting paid.

How's that? All a person has to do is not pay and they can get away with it. No the job was completed and I even asked for partial payment and that didn't even happen.

I do have a job description work order but no signature.

Canadian law may be different. I don't know anything about it. The laws in the states vary from State to State as far as theft of service and so on as that goes. Louisiana right next to me is different from here concerning non payment for services. In Texas however, if you ain't got a signature-you ain't got nothin.

Does a message left on the machine saying to do the job count? I had a lady watch us clean up this broken limb then come out and say she never told us to do the job so I played the message of her saying to do the job and then she said " Well, you will have to talk to my husband" so I did.

And what did he say?
