Just my two cents:

If you had a work order, but no signature, and asked for a deposit, but did not get one, and your spidey senses were going off...

Why would you do the work in the first place...?

I know things are tight for everyone right now work-wise, but I dont think I would have taken the job without a signature and a deposit.

Good luck in court. Maybe they won't show and the Judge will have no option but to rule in your favor.

Had a similar issue with a lawyer over a water well, finished all torn down he tells me "take me to court I am not paying, you have no signed agreement". Come to find out he had done this before. Well the middle of the night I dropped a use bit down the hole and knew it would stop when it hit the bedrock about 40' down so he would never get the pump down it. About 3 months later I got a call about his pump installer hitting something in the well and that I had to do something asap told him "take me to court, I have no records of ever drilling you a well" and hung up. I never pull onto site without a contract and down payment now. But that still felt awful good.

He had to have another well drilled because when I drilled it was an open lot, after the house was built he could not get anyone to set over(they never would of drilled that bit out) because of the access. Had to redig the yard up and all kinds of mess. Some days you just have to love life.

Good to hear that things do work themselves out, or perhaps witha little help. Thanks for sharing. Although I do have something pulling my spirit up, a newer truck. 2001 GMC sierra 3500 4x4 dually with heated leather. Ya things could be worst. Foresure!!

Split in trunk. Remember I told her there were no guarantee's.

I am very confused here. By the looks of the wound-wood in pic #478, this split was not 2 weeks or two months old either. Perhaps massive failure happened 2 months ago as per neighbor testimony however, why cut it off 6 feet above ground and try to pull together? When removing a codominant leader, I cut off just above ground level at a 45.

Exactly what did you lead her to beleive?

How wrong have I been all these years?

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP???

The B was very hard to deal with and educate. I suggested to cut it low but she didn't want that. Like I said THERE AREN'T ANY GUARANTEES! Pay attention cuz there might be a quiz after...
