Today I got a call from my girlfriend "theres a huge delivery truck here for you but what hes got doesnt look like a chipper to me, and its white."
I race home to find the guy trying to unload a 5m tall frame made of steel "I" beam with all sorts of stuff on it, looked like a sluce for gold mining or something.
Funny thing was that the trucking company had rung me to say that it was due monday and in the conversation they mentioned it weighted 400kgs, which made me worry that the chipper was made of plastic or something.Or that this thing had accidently been put on the boat and the chipper was still in the USA.
I call the truck company and they are next to useless, have no idea where it is or what its supposed to look like. in the background I hear someone say "is it the yellow thing?" "no thats a bulldozer" "what about the other yellow thing?" It turns out the other yellow thing was a chipper!.
I asked the guy on the phone "you guys dont do organ transplants do you?"
He didnt get it
But I now have a chipper, it just needs a battery and fluids and it should be a racer.Girlfriend has never seen me smile so much. (I tell her its because I stopped since knowing her.)
