grinding wheels for sharpeners

I bought a Harbor Freight chain sharpener when they were on sale a few months ago, and the wheel that came on it seems pretty course. Who would be able to supply a finer wheel for it?

a rough wheel is better than a fine wheel because a fine wheel will load up a burn the chain.

Hmm.. I hadn't considered heat. I was thinking that a fine wheel would make a smoother sharper edge.
