handheld circle blade cutter

Is nobody making a shorter or telescoping battery base cutter for woody brush that runs a solid round blade and can be flipped around in your hands to cut vertically like you want for brush that lies along the ground..?
About 24 inches would be good for me....maybe 30... and easy to hit with a flat file to sharpen..

Husqvarna has parts to mount such blade on their string trimmer things. I like the one with the motor at the blade or string end. Sounds dangerous, easy to shorten the tube and splice the wires.
