Happy Thanksgiving...

at this time i would like all of us to bow our heads and thank all of the poor little turkeys who gave their lives for us, so that we might enjoy some quality time with our grills, redneck smokers.....that they might see that we appreciate how they allow us to perfect our meat smoking techniques with the cherry and apple logs that our huskys, stihls, johnsonreds,dolmars, craftsman, and any other saw had cut down with this special day in mind...so that our families would enjoy a hearty meal while singing our praises as to what fine jack of all trades we are!! Here is to all of you and wishing you all a happy thanksgiving....cheers and drink lots of beers....
