I looked it up a few minutes ago and found out I have an Efco sharpener, FL136 and have found a site that sells the wheels. I'm still kinda in the dark because they have vitrified and resonoid wheels, how do you tell the difference and what is best? They're not much different in price.

Those Efco are very good.
Get a CBN wheel. End of dressing and shaping the wheel.
Just keep it clean.
 
I tried to use a grinder, but found this type of sharpener so much easier to use. It takes almost all the guess work out of sharpening.
