On initial start up, tank airs up til full then shuts off air capacity, once one uses all of the air in tank, motor or pump makes a funny noise and nothing happens - no air. Once unit has set for a long period of time, then unit fires up like nothing ever happened ! Once out of air, then problems occurs again.

Any suggestions / Comments will greatly be appreciated ?

THis is only used for minor home use. The unit is around 7 yrs. old.

On the left side you will find Free Download Info. Your model is listed in the guides. You may have an unloader/ check valve problem. They tend to rust or gum up with age.
