Help me identify this saw?

Not sure I get it. I have a 045 with loose plate. And the 056 has the plate held down by a screw, and the unknown saw has the plate held down by the studs. First 2 pics 045, third one unknown saw and last one 056 mag.

Last saw is an 045, supposedly all 056 saws came with inner bar plates only held on by a screw, all 045 saws had inner bar plates held on by the studs.

Cool, the 045 super doesn’t have that then. Cuz the 045 super and 056 super share the same engine I thought they have similar stuff as well.

045 Supers did come with the dual port muffler, a neighbor has an unmolested 045 super with the dual port muffler setup. I believe it was standard issue on saws with 54 and 56mm top ends, not so on the smaller displacements.

Only worked on one 045 and one 056 super - from memory the 056 had an exhaust outlet behind the clutch, the 045 didn’t? Someone can confirm this with certainty I’m sure.

i think all 54mm & 56mm cylinder had notched fins for the both the 045 and 056 saws for duel port exhaust .

Doh! I forgot I'd saved this info awhile back: 056's had loose bar plates, 045's had them captured by the bar studs.

056 were under the studs on all my supers and magnums., Avs (plain janes) I don't know but i'm thinking if super were under, all were. I checked 5 saws all under plates
