Not sure about a gate... maybe some lawn art made out of old camshafts, timing gears, and brake drums.

I don't know how much you'll move your cart around but I've put oversized wheels on mine and like it a lot better now. It came with 2"caster in the front and 4" plastic wheels on the back. It now has 10" hard rubber wheels on the back and 5" casters on the front. It is a small thing really, but now I don't dread taking it outside to work on a muffler or around behind the shop to weld in the barn on a rainy day.

I am planning on doin' the exact same thing with the wheels on the cart I weld up.
