I see Harbor Fraud has a chain grinder on sale 1/2 price for $40.

Wasn't this machine discussed here recently...or am I thinking of the NT grinder?

Many times, comes up about every time they put it on sale. I've got one I don't use much except to convert standard chain to rip, which was what I bought it for. Does that job okay, not fast, don't force it (it will flex) and make sure it is cutting the same when you go left to right.

I'm happy with it for what I use it for, but still sharpen all my chains by hand as I always have.

I'm on the Harbor Fraud mailing list...the chainsaw grinder varies in price from $99-$29 depending on which sale flyer you're looking at.I've received two different fliers on the same day showing two different prices.

Watch online for it to go on sale for $29, print the add off and go to the local store and buy one. For $30 it's an ok grinder, any more than that, buy something better!!! Check with you're wife and freinds, around here they sell "entertainment" coupon books for $20 I believe, the last one had coupons for Harbor Freight in them, catch that grinder on sale with one of those coupons and it's an AWSOME buy!!!
