my brother-in-law wants to cut down a couple of trees on his property and he enlisted my help since i've done it before.problem is that one of them is hollow in the middle.i don't see it being a problem as it is not that big(approx. 18-20"dia.)but i thought i'd ask, just from a safety standpoint.it's not near anything and i thought that i would just notch it from either side and finish from the back.anyone ever cut anything bigger?i'd like to hear of felling big trees with hollows,etc.thanks,robert.
