I've found Hastings to be a waste of time anymore. You can try calling them if you want and maybe you'll get lucky with some old stock on the shelf at a distributor, certainly won't be any listed online. They got out of the loose ring business and seem to only be interested in automotive applications. Otto piston rings is just about an equal waste of time. Hard to get ahold of, never responds to messages. I haven't tried him in a few years and I don't believe I've ever even bought from him either.
I have not had that issue. The nice mature lady I speak with has always understood what I was asking.
