homelite sxl ao isn't oiling

Hi All
I have a Homelite SXL AO thats not oiling and i can't seem to find the problem yet..............
I flushed out the tank and blew out all the passages that i could see,installed a new oil pump and "o"rings,cleaned the filter.
Cleaned the groove in the bar out and its still not oiling!
About to pull my hair out!!!!!!!
HELP!!!!!!!!

Did you replace the oil pump pickup line?
Have you tried thinner oil also?

No i didn't replace the line
I use regular bar oil and it was it warm weather .........

What all did you replace? It has a manual oiler too, doesn't it?

I replaced the oil pump,and "o" rings......

Pickup line has a filter, filter may be plugged.

Correct. These should have been inspected first. If the line has any cracks, pump will suck air instead of oil.

Yes it could is the line is soft enough. The first thing to always check is the lines and filter.
