Yea , I used WCS on my 592 , ended up brazing it ,sert- nuts , loosened up after a while, seems the only long term solution to braze ,Yeah they’re pretty universal. Also like the stainless WCS outlets.
Yeah I’m thinking the heat cycling and vibration didn’t help either. Not an ideal application for a nutsert I would say. I used 316 stainless rivets and backing washers to fasten the outlet on my 038 mag muffler. It runs fantastic. I did adjust the carb.How it run... did you retune
I’ve used them on many saws,I always liked this one on my 7901 years back.

There’s always room , lolShoot if you dont have room. Just gill them. No brazing or nutserts etc.

Cant open the factory deflector further due to plastic brake handle will melt.
