Heres my old faithful wood hauler.
And here is my new toy and wood retreiver!
Just have to finish building a rack for the bed. I mainly bought it as a moose hauling rig, but it will sure be nice to get the firewood out of the woods and to the truck or around the cabin.

I found max2cam's idea of using a high-wheel garden cart so convincing that I went off to find one.

Since this old thread was refreshed, I'd like to contribute. I like to keep my cart paths narrow, and leaf covered to avoid mud. I have a sturdy JD x738 and a Bombardier ATV I can use. The tractor once the mower deck comes off for the winter, the ATV year round. I use a JD 15S cart when moving split wood, and a home made log arch when I'm pulling logs.
