how hard is it to adjust cutter bar on a 1988 eeger beever

I bought a used 1988 eeger beever chipper. Ive never adjusted a cutter bar on a disk chipper. I have no problems adjusting cutter bars on drum chipper.I have owners manual but its just to vage on procedure.The bottom line is it a real pain in the butt to do.Thanks for any help.
