I agree.....its our differences that make us unique and keep the world interesting. Hearing a difference of opinion is always a good thing because then you get to analyze ideas of interest from a different perspective, helping us understand each other as people.

Good idea in removing all the filth...and yes that includes my posts too.

You have to remember, that with a limited time of practical experience, no internet site can teach or improve you that much. The only thing this site can do (safely) is exchange tips and techniques between people who are pretty much on a similar level of expertise.

There's no substitute for hands on face to face tuition from a qualified mentor or instructor. If you can't view an approved course of training as life preservation, think of it as a productivity increase..the same as buying a sdaw, or a new piece of kit like a big shot. Write off the cost as business expenses.

Please don't see this post as a flame..it's not meant to be..
