What kind of machinery do you have? I'd go with a D3 or JD350 with a brush rake, drive down both side of fence.
Assuming owner can/will do burns after you just stack brush piles, 1 week rental about $1600, about 1 week on site for you at $60/hr or whatever your rate = $4K ?
If ya gotta haul off the brush, big variability depending on dump fees and your available haul equipment.
Here, in no-slash burn la-la developed areas, it would be BIG $$ disposal fees - probably best bet would be to add a helper for a week and chipper rental if ya don't have yer own. Chip and blow chips to areas near fence vs. haul = another $4K.
