Noticed this display of firewood today while on my way home from a Rhode Island beach.

I bet if you followed that guy for any distance you could get a great deal on the 1/2 load that falls off the truck.

Gotta give them credit for display, I bet it gets lots of looks and that would lead to some calls. I noticed the truck has no license plates.

maybe the trick is you have to take the truck with the wood.......

Yep. It's called display advertising, and it probably works very well for them. For all any of us know, they deliver in a 5 ton with a lift to drop pallets of nicely stacked and shrink-wrapped wood.

Or maybe they're a bunch of schlocks. Sure can't tell by the picture.

I wonder how many ticked customers he is going to have when he arrives with a level bed full of wood instead of that pile?
I am sure some moron would expect him to deliver that particular load.

I dont want it. Half the fun is cutting the wood and making my daughter help me stack it!!! If I bought firewood I wouldnt have any reason for all the saws I have!!!
