Yeah, I liked that zenoah one too, but too much pulling when it was cold so it got converted to normalThe Husqvarna/Poulan Easy start saws I have used did not seem anywhere near as mushy as Stihl and Echo starters. The H/P style seem to pull over much like a standard starter only smoother and with less resistance.
The starter I liked best was on a Chinese Zenoah copy ("clone"). Just a long smooth steady pull and it fired right up, not much resistance or effort at all.
If you get rough with any them, they don't like it and something will end up broken.
