Does anyone know the exact thread designation for a Husky 262XP clutch?

Is a left-hand thread M10X.....?

well there are 2types - older had a coare thread and newer had a fine thread- I hang onto the old ones -NLA or is it your crank thats the problem?

Actually, I'm looking for a clutch for the Solo647.
But since there is none available in Europe, I am looking for an alternative.

The dimensions of the Husky262 would fit, but I have concerns about the thread.
I need one with M10X1.25 mm

You could start a post asking for a clutch for Homelite 47, 54, 290, 340 as they were the same saws and Homelite version was more popular here

I believe you are thinking of the 61 and 266 clutches. The 262 clutch always had the same thead but I don't know its specs.

I have now ordered a clutch from a 262.
It should have an M10X1.25mm thread.
